We aim to deliver within 3-7 working days however it may take up to 21 days depending on demand.
Tartan Trader will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class or via another reputable carrier. Should you require a faster delivery method, then please contact us for assistance.
Next day delivery must be ordered and payment received by 12 noon for delivery on the following day.

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail.
In our experience, deliveries within Europe average 3-5 days. Outside Europe, the normal time is 6-8 days. At peak periods such as Christmas, transit times may increase slightly

Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Tartan Trader shall remain the property of Tartan Trader until paid for in full.
