Refunds are issued at the discretion of Tartan Trader's management team.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us either in writing or by email of your intention to cancel the contract within 14 days. This 14 day period commences on the day after your goods are delivered. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us, provided your product has not been personalised you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise that you make sure that the goods are adequately insured before posting and that you obtain proof of postage, as Tartan Trader will not be held liable for any loss of goods posted.
Once your goods have been received, we will refund the total sum of money paid by you for the goods within 30 days of receiving the cancellation in writing or by email from you. In the event that the goods that you have returned are found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs incurred by returning the goods to us. If your goods are not found to be faulty, we will not reimburse your return postage costs.
