1. By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and email address are accurate and that Tartan Trader is informed of any changes to these. Tartan Trader accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
3. To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must answer the specific competition question or questions correctly.
4. There will only be one winner for each prize/competition.
5. In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Tartan Trader will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. The winner will be announced on the competition page and in the newsletter following the closing date of the competition.
7. The winner will be judged by the Tartan Trader management and their decision is final.
8. Tartan Trader reserve the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
10. Tartan Trader reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
11. The judges will not communicate with any entry enquiries.
12. All entries are the property of Tartan Trader. By entering the competition, you thereby assign absolutely the copyright and all other rights in the entry for the full period of the copyright.
