The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.

Design Variation
While Tartan Trader makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond in every respect to the sample displayed on the website, its specification and description, Tartan Trader is not responsible for minor variations in specification, colour and other design features. In the case of business purchasers, no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim by the Purchaser against Tartan Trader.
Refunds and Contract Cancellation
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Tartan Trader's management team.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
You must inform us either in writing or by email of your intention to cancel the contract within 14 days. This 14 day period commences on the day after your goods are delivered. You then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. We advise that you make sure that the goods are adequately insured before posting and that you obtain proof of postage, as Tartan Trader will not be held liable for any loss of goods posted.
Once your goods have been received, we will refund the total sum of money paid by you for the goods within 30 days of receiving the cancellation in writing or by email from you. In the event that the goods that you have retruned are found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs incurred by returning the goods to us. If your goods are not found to be faulty, we will not reimburse your return postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
