In respect of a complaint:
- acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
- keep you informed at all times as to the progress.
- reply in full to your complaint within 10 working days.
If for any reason we are unable to deal with your complaint within these time limits, we will give you the reason why, and a date by which time your complaint will be dealt with.
Through out any communication with ourselves your comments, feedback or complaints with be kept in the strictest of confidence.
If after the above customer service process you are still not satisfied, Tartan Trader agrees to abide by the advice of our local trading standards office.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
